Our CWL Christmas Bake Sale will once again be held this year on: 

Saturday, November 18^th after 5:00pm Mass in the Parish Meeting Room

Sunday, November 19^th in the School Gym at the Christmas Craft Fair 

                                                                             10am-2pm.

… AND we are inviting all CWL members to participate to help make this sale a huge success!  

Please bring your baked goods on Saturday, Nov. 18th 4-6pm to the Parish Meeting Room and on Sunday, Nov. 19^th 8:45-11am to the School Gym.

Cookies, loaves, muffins, bars, pies, tarts, cakes and other sweet OR savory treats, including GLUTEN-free recipe items are most welcome!  We CANNOT accept baked goods that require refrigeration.

Arrange on a paper plate and/or wrap in packages of 4-6 pieces - depending on their size, with a list of their ingredients attached.   

HELP is also significantly needed to make this bake sale a success in the set-up and selling of our baked goods on both Saturday and Sunday, November 18-19  as outlined below:

Saturday, November 18^th 4:00-5:00pm in the Parish Hall to set up and price items and then after the 5:00pm Mass to sell items.

Sunday, November 19^th 9:00am in the School Gym to help price items and arrange on the display tables; 10am-2pm to help sell items and take down.

4-5 volunteers are needed during the Sunday to run this activity.  Come for an hour or two, or stay for the day!  While this a busy day, it is also very much a fun social event!  A time schedule for staffing the bake sale event will be drawn up to ensure we are covered.
